Mardi Gras grub!

For breakfast, lunch, or dinner -- ahem, brinner -- pancakes are the name of the game today.  Whip up a batch using one of my favorite recipes:

• Apple ring "pancakes"

• Banana bread pancakes

• Pumpkin pancakes

• Sour cream pancakes

And don't forget to make these cute mini King cakes!
