Mini meatloaf love

You know I can't resist a wee-sized food.  Individual portions just get me, y'all!  So, naturally, a squeal (or three) escaped my mouth when I spotted this:

I think I may have to give this a go in the near future.  We're heading out of town this weekend, but once we return, I'm planning an epic freezer cooking session.  Think all day, pots and pans everywhere, and the occasional bean or piece of pasta finding its way into my curly locks.  Chili, lasagna, and meatloaf are all on the docket.  Can't wait!
